Data Engineer

As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with the technology of Palantir Foundry, the AI Operating system for Enterprises. You will have the responsibility to build the data pipelines and the Object types representing the assets of organizations. You are building the fundament and become a very important part of our venture.

A Data Engineer with Palmakers is a professional responsible for designing, developing, and managing the data lineage of Palantir Foundry architecture. You and your team will focus on creating efficient and reliable pipelines to ingest, process and transform data, ensuring it is accessible on the Ontology, the layer representing the assets of the organization. The data is then usable for various purposes, such as analytics, reporting, and machine learning. Our data Engineers work closely with other professionals, such as data scientists and analysts, to build and maintain data pipelines that support the organization's data needs.

As a Palmakers Data Engineer, you'll design and manage the data lineage within Palantir Foundry architecture. Your team will create efficient pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming data, making it accessible on the Ontology layer. This data becomes usable for analytics, reporting, and machine learning. Collaboration with data scientists and analysts ensures the maintenance of pipelines to support the organization's data requirements.

Where you will work

We are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data engineering, or related fields. However, we strongly encourage individuals with different backgrounds to apply, especially if you are willing to invest time in learning and developing new skills.
